Hello I’m having a look for any interesting stones that I haven’t weighed yet and have come across this interesting looking one, it’s 0.65 ct looks great. Have no idea if it’s a sapphire
Just realised that because I can see better in the photos it actually looks yellow & quality

      Steptoe1, Hmmm, orange?

Photography can be tricky, because my immediate thought upon seeing the first picture in this post was "topaz."

And then, right or wrong, my brain reflexibly thinks of (Great) Aunt Alicia's response when Gigi suggests that one of the former's collection of jewels is a topaz:

      *snip*

A topaz? Among my jewels? Are you mad?
It's a yellow diamond of the first quality.

      *snip*

      Steptoe1, You're welcome. :-)

However: "reflexibly" should have read "reflexively." My brain must be melting. >8-0

Hey kera is the yellow that I see coming from the stone the hue? This is a really fiery stone

Steptoe1, Dunno, because I am very far from being a gem stone expert. It was just my initial impression that the stone was yellow.
