Vintage silver pendant

Hello I’ve just found this lovely pendant, looks very interesting, needs a good clean & a few stones look a bit twisted from what I can see so far. It’s very sparkly with pink stones, I can imagine if cleaned this would look amazing, wonder if the stones could be pink sapphire or something good.
