This was my Grandmother who was a Sadlers' Grandfather Mulqueen's pocket watch and it still works and keeps perfect time! It has a marking inside on one side that says Champion that arches over a symbolic lady I believe she holds up a shield and has a knife in her right hand, then underneath is the numbers 2755453. The outside of both sides has a design etched in it but both sides are quite worn....on the top of the face of the watch it has a pretty script that reads "Irving LoKnapps" and below that it reads " Harley, Iowa" the crystal is intack. the face is impeccable and has the second hand that also works and along the outside light red seconds, like 05, 10, 15, 20, etc, etc......I am just curious what it is worth and who could possibly know..I also would like to know more about it.

correction, Hartley, Iowa, not Harley.......It was rumored that the Mulqueens date back to the King of Munson, which I believe was in Germany...?
also on the face of the movements there are the numbers 607420....and that it is a hamilton, with 17 jewels...what does the 17 jewels mean? the movements are beautiful and I love watching them move....
