I know who is not respondible for the creation including Ruth Fakor, Harris Strong, the person I bought it from says Marcello Fantoni.
Measurements are the outer frame 27x14 inches and the piece is 17x7.5 inches, I cannot find a mark, unable to take it apart, the piece is fasten to the board by 5 screws and material glued to the piece. There are two separate pieces as can be seen in my pictures. The brown material is darker then the pictures show.
I hope someone knows of the artist or maker, I have exhausted my resources and differnt groups in the last number of years.
