My 89 year old father picked this up many years ago at an outdoor flea market in NJ. It's been sitting around collecting dust. I can't imagine how he even carried this to his car! I know it's french, but have been unable to identify who the oval A1 stamp maker is in the photo.
Any help would be appreciated.
