Tin Toy bank ...Artist: Fern Bisel Peat

Just a little tin Bank even has the little key to open once its full. I beleive its from the 30's-40's...... The artist who decorated it is Fern Bisel Peat 1893-1971. She was a childrens artist, ie: 3 little pigs, Mother Goose etc. This bank is numbered 16/101 whatever that means?? Anyway thanks for looking and all deposits in the Bank will be accepted !! Lol !!
