I have three of these plates. They are marked in red and green on the back.
Red--TV inside a bell. Blakely ET Co and Chicago under
Green --T&V in a box w/ France Depose below.
They are 9" in diameter and I suspect dessert plates. I always thought the decoration was polka dots but they are actually more angular and look somewhat Moorish.
I think they are Limoges or Haviland (or both?) but not marked as such.
Can anyone tell me more about these plates?
