      Your clock is called a "Richelieu" from circa 1886. Appraised by Tran Duy Ly in 2004 at $350 in good working order and in mint, original condition. It looks like you may be missing the minute hand and perhaps the nut which holds it on? I think that the minute hand may be easier to replace than the nut. Other than that it appears that your clock is in very good condition. It certainly looks nice.
