My dad found this at the swap meet. He loves collecting random items. Looks like it's pretty old but we do not know anything about it. Can anyone help identify the item?

I see this was posted a few months ago... did you find out any info. on it? I have been searching for info on a car I have that's very similar to this one. The car is almost identical, but the driver is different.

I also have one similar to it. Searched for months and could not find one like it.
