THIS LIGHTER IS COMPLETE AND IN GOOD CONDITION. IT IS ALL OF I INCH SQUARE IN SIZE. I THINK THESE USE TO BE IN THE PLASTIC SHELL THAT WERE IN RANDOM WIN PRIZE MACHINES. I REMEMBER THEM IN THE BUS STATIONS.
