Would like any information concerning this Hope, Arkansas bottle. Where does one find histories of locally produced bottles? Availability or one to mint price ranges? Thanks.

I can help with the Uncle Luke. I'm an Arky soda bottle collector...
They're from 1941. The bottler was the Coca Cola bottler. Quite sought for...including by me. I have a pair of off far. They are pretty scarce-to-rare. Your pretty conditioned one would easily sell for hundreds. Unless you have more than a six pack, as scarcity is a big driver of it's value. Although the picture label is really great too. One of only a few good lookin' Arkansas bottles from that vintage...most are plain-to-slap-dab-ugly.
What amazes me is...nobody know for nearly five months? Sorry for the delay.

I am an interested buyer @ multiple hundreds.
