Found in a tackle box I purchased at an estate sale. No maker, wood body with, what I believe, is a brass spine with spoons on each end. Never seen a lure quite like it. Anyone have any idea on age or maker?

i have seen reversable lures but not quite like that,maybe a folk art piece made from old lure parts?
