It is marked "Lux Master Time Waterbury Conn, USA"
It was covered in a kind of yellowish dust in my grandma's attic and the back seems to be glued shut. I thought it was wood, but now that it is kind of cleaned up I think it might be some kind of paper mache?? Can that be right? Is there such a thing? Thanks for any light you can shed. I would love to know more about it :)

I want to clean it up more but am afraid to put anything on it now that I think it's paper.
