You should be able to tell what year it was issued by the date code on the bottom.
If you tell me the code, I have the book and can tell you the year. Yours is earlier than mine so from 1986-2000 there would be a letter (A-L)and a roman numeral code (IV) for month and year. 1982-1986 would have slash marks (\\\) to the left and right of the zippo name (need to know how many on each side). 1974-1981 would have slash marks (////) to the left and right of the zippo name (again, need to know how many each side). Then I could tell you what year it was issued. I dont think its earlier than 1974.
