This is my Great Grandfathers watch..he came to the US in 1870 and died in the 40s. This watch winds up and the small hand rotates but the hr hans do not move, It says "The Bliss Jewelry Co" I can't find and info about it , can anyone help me out ?

It's whats called a "private label"watch. This Bliss Jewelry Co would have ordered it with a custom dial and maybe even movement. You need to take the back off so we can have a look at the movement. I'm guessing that it's an Elgin though. Please post a pic of the watch with the back off so we can see the works.
