I bought this at an auction for $2.00. It's really a neat old chest with rope handles. No markings or data on it. I've used it for a coffee table and now in a bedroom with extra blankets. Original blue paint. Not only decorative and a conversation piece, but functional.
It has elegant simple character. Thanks for sharing it with us...
