Ciner Rhinestone clown pin brooch

I've had this brooch left to me, I think it's a Ciner brooch as have seen similar on ebay. It's a bronze faced clown with rhinestones. Just wondered if anyone knows anything about the Ciner jewellery, as I can't find much information anywhere....
