    Here is the info I have on the pictures above. Any info would be greatly appreciated!!!

    Scale: Fairbanks and Company NY
    30.5inches high
    Arm is 19.5in
    Scale to Scale is 28In
    Scales and Arm seem to be made of Brass and the base is of a black heavy metal.
