IT IS MY UNDERSTANDING THIS IS FOR VINTAGE AUTO USE. NO IDEA AS TO AGE OR VOLTAGE(6 VOLT?). LOOKS TO BE COMPLETE AND NEEDS TO BE OILED AND THE SPOOL RETURN SPRING ADJUSTED. THE CORD IS ABOUT 8 FEET LONG AND DOESN''T QUITE RETRACT ALL THE WAY. THE HEAD IS MARKED CUNO ENG. CORP.MERIDIAN CONN. ANYONE HAVE ANY INFORMATION ON THIS?
