This watch is in a gunmetal case. It does not shine. I have been told it is Military issue. It is in running condition. Any other info would be appreciated.

I think the 2nd line says Berlin, can't make out the name.

I have one of these cases that I always thought was a shipping case for a watch.
Mine is marked on the front, above the plastic crystal:
Primus (in script)
D.R.G.M.
Lower back of the case is marked: 22
