Just a promotion/contest by Coca-Cola. Not sure of the year but I'm sure these bottles have a date on them somewhere. I think it was just a vending machine promotion; you bought a Coke and had a chance to win Coke bottle-filled prizes, including money in the bottles and I think coupons to redeem for larger merchandise and probably a trip or a huge grand prize amount. Probably from the 1990s/2000 era.
One mans trash is anothers treasure lol I would have grabbed them if I saw them on top....
