This pair of Klaas scissors has the number 11, then R.Klaas, then Solinger Germany.

I'm wondering how old they are,and if they are the 11th pair made by him. The tag is labeled, QUALITA SEIT 1834, with kissing.g cranes. Any information would be appreciated. Are they worth putting back for one of the kids, or am I being a packrat?
Thank you i didnt realize i put the wrong country

These shears are made by the Kissing Crane Cutlery Company. The tag does not mean the year, but the year the company was founded. The steel in the cutting edge is Solingen, Germany and is the finest European steel made. They are most likely sewing or embroidery shears. Many pairs of these shears are fitted with a necklace or lanyard for hanging around a seamstress neck. Keep them for the kids!
