Asian Artwork Signatures and Seals

These are close-ups of the black signature and the red seal on each piece of work. Again, I am guessing - these may not be seals and signatures at all. I am hoping someone with an interest in Asian Paintings/Woodblocks may be able to give some information on these pieces or perhaps point me in a direction that I may be able to get more info.
