Dad is 91 yrs. old this year, & doesnt really remember much about these items. I believe most of these there found BEFORE he turned 17 around the Poteau Okla. area in the Ouachita Mts. I dont really know much about these tips, but understand theres people today who can "flake" one of these out in under 5 min. These are well over 74 years old, but not exactly sure how much older.

Very nice and beautiful collection some do resemble the types found in north carolina like the morrows and stannleys and kirks the indigneous people from the woodland period and even the plains they all blendid in and taveled from place to place you can get the book on arrowheads it is very thick and heavy the book i use is the 14th adition overstreet identication guide and price book the clovis is the only one i find to be dated wrongly they go back farther than what is dated everything else is about right this book can get very reasonable on the internet
