I recently picked 2 Blazer Scooters, at $100.00 pc. They are rolling Chassis with the 2 speed trans in tack. They were made only for 2 years by some guys who broke off from Tote Gote Scooters in Utah in the early 60s. Im hopeing to restore one this Spring.

I have two of these great bikes myself... One Blazer and one Trail Blazer they are in very good shape if you need any info on them let me know if I can help
Hi. Thanks for the reponse. Im wondering if I can just run a regular clutch with 42-420 chain to the back sprocket of this. The 2 speed stuff seams like it would need extra work. Thanks get back to me
Are you talking about a centrifugal clutch on the engine then a chain from there to the rear wheel ? If so, No I would not suggest you do that. You will need some kind of a gear reduction. Though you could do a clutch and some jack shafts and not use the two speed trans. Are you missing the two speed shaft ? If you do have one and are not going to use It I would buy it from you.
This is so cool!!! Are you thinking of getting it restored soon? I would love to talk to you more about this cool item!!!
