Marking(s): Tiffany & Co., Fifth Avenue & 37th Street, New York, Paris, London
I have a long story about this box. First, let me start by saying I have a special place in my heart for Tiffany's since my husband proposed with a Tiffany ring. Since then, I have wanted to get a vintage Tiffany ring box in my collection. These beauties are hard to find and moreover can be very expensive on places like eBay. Literally while cleaning out old boxes, I stumbled across this gorgeous box and I couldn't believe my eyes. Better yet, I didn't have to pay anything for it. Technically it is not a ring box and probably meant for a necklace or bracelet, but it sits with the rest of my ring boxes as if it belongs there. It measures approximately 2" x 3" x 0.625".
