Hubley Kiddie Toy Race Car

Picked this up at a flea market for $15 dollars. I don't have any intention of selling it, but I was just curious how much the value is, and what year (I think 50s) it was from. I've already tried using Google for information, but the only thing that comes up was ebay ads. Thanks in advance for any helpful information!
