Tiffany & Co. Bracelet

I bought this at Tiffany & Co. in 1996, at South Coast Plaza in Southern California. I have never been able to find another one and I've looked everywhere. Has anyone seen this. I can't remember who the designer was or even how much I paid for it. I think I paid upwards of $600, but I'm not sure. I am keeping it for my niece, but would be interested in finding out if anyone else has one, or is it just one of kind?
