Brasenose Collage Oxford

Can anybody help with the age and signiture of this print.
Print Size: 17.5cm wide 12cm high wood & brass colour frame.
Front:
On the bottom of the print it has Brasenose Collage Oxford
On the leftside in verry small writing is London. J. &F Harwood 26 Fenchurch Street.
Back:
A sticker on the back ( Original hand-coloured Steel Engraving, 1840
One of the Collage Fellow has signed it but I can't understand it, see pics:
