Probably from the late teens into the earlier 1920's This is an "Adam-revival" piece & by 1924-5 styles had supplanted to the next trend which was more curved and Queen Anne revivalist.
I would probably price it at about $250-300, which is low, yet these are pieces of furniture that may do not like the size and weight. Table-top phonographs are much more valuable & that depends on the model too.

Just remember--this piece is a bit rarer than later models, because the larger "orthophonic" sound was newer and the form of the hardware was always increasing and changing. The style and size is perfect for the person that does not want the over-the-top style of the late 1920's. This is more conservative, as was the period just before: Edwardian.
