This is a blue painted piece. It is about 30" tall. I don't know the wood but don't think it is oak. I've been told it is an old rain barrel but I don't know. It has three iron rings holding it together but one is missing. I think the round openings indicated it is designed to be carried by a pole and two people. Can you help me identify the function and age of this piece?
