The Modern Note in Home Building - Theatre, Music, Books.
This is probably my best magazine to date. It's in excellent condition and the articles are loaded w/ beautiful colored photos. The ads are spectacular. It was definitely a magazine for the very rich before the stockmarket crash of 1929. i'd love to know more about it.

Metropolis was released January 10, 1927. The poster for the movie reminds me of the Almco galleries advert.

my pleasure, vetraio50. i just cleaned out one warehouse and found lots of things i didn't even know i had. some cool stuff i'll post about.
the second pic is a full-page advertisement for lincoln continental - very beautiful, i think. love that butterfly! i didn't even know that lincolns were around back then.
