Hi
She is a newer collectible doll made in most likely 1980's-1990's . The Initials maybe by the person who made her in a ceramic class or name of company that would have mass produced these . She is hard for me to see painting of face to determine her exact origin . I need clear photo of eyebrows and mouth . She is made of porcelain and I would think her body is as well . Her clothes appear homemade in that case she made by someone in a doll making class .
Thank You Manikin!
Your welcome :-)
