I love this little kitchen tool. This one I have actually used a few times, and it definitely peels better than most modern vegetable peelers. I am almost sure it is handmade, or at least hand assembled. I am interested in hearing what others think.
It is 6 1/2 inches in length, and 1/2 in thick. The marks on the blade read:
"INOXYDABLE - SWISS B-B". The wooden handle is consistent, close, fine grained.
Please feel free to comment, it is greatly appreciated.
