    to be tottally honest iv got no idea what this really is, or how old it might be? any ideas folks? i bought it about a year ago in a carboot sale as i have a tendancy to buy unusual looking items. but i am still none the wiser?

      looks to me just like an ornamental storage box for the kitchen maybe (wine rack on bottom)?
