Can anyone tell me more about this possible Cigar Cutter / Holder. The gold band on the Tip / Holder has 5 very small marks. I think "H&J"; "9"; "375"; picture of an anchor?; "g" these markings are very small even for a magnifying glass. The gray metal cases (small one is empty) has markings also...one "H.P." others I can't make out. The cutter also has a mark on the gold top. "9.0" or something. Hard to make it out. Everything is complete except the small grey tube is missing whatever was inside...no doubt a smaller Holder maybe for cigarette???
