This is another early form of battery powered movement made by the French company KIPLE. I got this cute item at an antique shop few months ago and it has the original box and instructions (which was originally in question), but later confirmed due to the age of these accessories, 70's-80's just like the clock. The box is also stamped and along with the instructions is in good condition, overall. Thanks!
