This bobble head bank was a gift from a dear friend. My jaw hit the floor when he pulled this little guy out from behind his back. He said that the bank belonged to his Grandparent's. A souvenir from a vacation to Florida. I would say he is from the late 40's to upper 50's? I guess he had a little hat that went with him but was lost at some time, I think Barbie likely borrowed it & forgot to return it? He feels like chalkware or a bone china. I have been meaning to show this guy off. Thanks for taking the time to check him out:)
