This item was found in some of my parent's stored items. Looks like a bum drinking out of a keg, but I think the top piece is missing. I would very much like to know about this piece and what is missing so that I might recreate the missing piece. I remember as a child that he had a stokie in the corner of his mouth but it has been mashed.
Any information would be appreciated.
