Glad I was able to get my butt out of bed this morning and go to the local flea market. I've always liked these old stamp machines and have always wanted one. Today is the first time I've ever seen one at any flea market that I've ever been to. The guy gave me a good deal on it, so it had to come home with me. He didn't have the key for it, but there's a locksmith just down the road that can pretty much make a key for anything. I'll take it to him tomorrow to see what he can do for me.

I believe your machine is from 1974-75.
Thanks for the love folks, and thanks for the info packrat!
Took it to the locksmith this morning. They were able to pick it and make a key to fit it. The mechanism is still in perfect working order and even the two weights that sat on top of the stack of stamps were still inside of it. Very happy with it.
