This is a Bolivian die trial for the die of an Order during the dictatorship of Melgarejo in the mid 1860's. These are usually struck in lead.
Wow. It is lead. Are these tough to find?
I would say yes this type of item is hard to find but so are collectors for them. Unlike coin collectors, medal collectors from what I have seen do not have a lot of interest in anything but the final product so the values remain very modest.
