I can not find any markings on this at all. Can anyone tell me how old it might be and how would I know if it was a reproduction?

1970's , 80's or 90's reproduction. If you look at the quality of the castings you will see how rough it is. Another thing it does not have any appropriate wear to it. Best way to learn about cast iron toys is to visit with a reputable dealer or collector. You need to hold a Anitque piece next to yours and it will be apparent.
