aprox 4inch tall and 2 inch wide pictures of front and back have had this for about 20 yrs now and bought it at a yard sale it appears to be hand painted.im assuming it is a lice comb looks like it anyways. does anyone know what it says on it and what it is and any info would be great thank you!
