My guess would be since this photo was taken early 1900 and he was born in 1945 it could not be him ? Maybe someone else will have more answers :-)
Harold Hamm (born December 11, 1945) is an American oilman who was ranked in the March 2012 issue of Forbes as the 30th richest person in America and 76th richest person in the world, with a net worth of $11 billion.
Yes he was born on a section of farmland in Enid Oklahoma in 1945. Do you know what his father or great grandfather did for a living?
The photo postcard looks like a valuable photo card which is beautiful. Probably the company would be interested in a copy of this photo. Probably would be a good idea to ask them about relationship as wiki shows very little info. Phil.
RPPC of street scenes are highly collected in their own right without any connection to someone of wealth.

Thanks for the info guys. Very cool scene, their is allot going on all at once. I think I'm going to blow it up and frame it.
I like the mix of old and new-- horses and carriages with an automobile and street car. The dirt street and business signs also add to the interest.
