Based on the blurry scan this can not be a real coin. The design with all the figures makes me think that this is a temple token.
I am not a good photographer so may be the images are not clear. But you cannot question its originality because the jewellers has already authenticated it and i an going to get it certified by the ASI (Archaeological Survey of India), Kolkata.
Please let us all know what the ASI tells you. Also please remember that I told you this is a token and not a coin since there are no East India Company coins of this design. Your pictures are clear enough to see the designs.
