Old Silver Chinese Dragon Ladle with Spoons. Need help in identifying these. These spoons were given as a gift to a friend in Hawaii in the 70's,

Chinese export? These are really wonderful. Do you see any hallmarks? If they are sterling they would have to have been marked somewhere. If they are you could update with a close up of the hallmark we could ID them. Could you tell us the measurements and weight if possible? These are really great I love these many times.
