This is a pair wine glasses with frosted petals to bottom of the glass bowl and cut glass stems. This type of frosted glass was in fashion in the 1860s and 70s. Probably from the Stourbridge region. 5.25 inches tall.
I turned one glass over so you could see the effect where the cutting of the stem meets the frosting, as it is a nice design detail.
