Great!!! Love it! Gosh the Weller green just calls to me. Thanks!
Was wondering where you were. Yep, no mistaking Weller green.
Work making my CW time limited. Stop making me drool over my old boyfriend Weller! I'm dating Scandinavian glass now and am very happy. Showing that sexy green...
Wait till you see the Weller Hudson I am eyeballing. Old flames never die you know, the temptation is always there.
Hahahaha! I have to post I went, again on a buying spree at the thrift this week.
What part of the world are you in nldionne? I'm in Chicago.
Southeastern Ohio, Marietta. Across the river from Fenton art glass. My only piece of Fenton is a little mouse some glass blowers gave me for Christmas many years ago when I was a bar tender. They stopped by every night for a cold one to cool down from the furnaces. Literally hot off the press, not even painted yet. I guess that's why I am into pottery, Fenton is in every home around here so to me it is not really collecting if that makes sense.
very beautiful pottery postings nldionne:)
Thanks bellin, just explained to AmberRose why pottery and not glass. Thanks for looking at them. I love every piece.
Well I am from Cleveland, and most of my family is still there! Going to visit next week! So funny with Fenton. I bought a piece this week, for a gift. Sometimes the story is why I love a piece.
If I try to organize a CW gathering in Chicago, would you make it a weekend out?
Would love to meet you!
