This is a postcard sent from Glendale, California to Winfield, Kansas in August of 1949. The cover depicts Bette Davis's home in North Hollywood. The message reads, "Hello there - well here we are and had a nice trip out. The weather is ideal so far. Having a nice visit and resting most of the time so far. We had a nice drive last eve. I'm feeling much better and hope it continues. Want to go over to Los. A. next week some day. Hope it isn't too hot there. Love, Una"
