My buddy gave me this and thats all I really know. Assuming its from the 60s or so. It has 2.50 on the side (price) and is made by green cross. It has a wooden handle and its just all around cool as hell.
I remember those from way-back-when. Were good for dusting roses & probably would still be good for that. Wouldn't doubt that there isn't something made on the same principle today but $25-50.
